We comply fully with The Consumer Contracts Regulations - which came into force on 13 June 2014.
If your item hasn't arrived yet, the first thing to do is check the delivery information. This information should provide you with the name of the courier used and your parcel tracking details. Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the delivery date. Order cancellations need to be sent by the eBay message option.
If a cancellation notice is received, we will send return details and provide a full refund.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the confirmed cancellation.
You will be responsible for covering the cost of return for order cancellation, and we will cover the cost of collection for any faulty items during the 14 day returns period.
