It powers on and can take photos if it has an SD card inserted (not included), but the flash does NOT work. It just keeps charging and charging but never charges. The LCD screen has a blotch of dead pixels. Videos seems to record video and audio, and playback, but any functionality of this camera is not guaranteed as it is for parts only. Sometimes the lens cover doesn't close all the way when shut off.
