Warranty Coverage
Only engines and gearboxes supplied by GP Metals & Spares are covered under our parts 3 Month Warranty. All other items are supplied with a 30-day return policy only, covering the cost of the part itself. No warranty is offered on ancillary, electrical, or body components.

Returns
If you have ordered an incorrect part (for example, where the part number differs), you may return it within 30 days of receipt using a completed Returns Form (see ‘Returns’ section). Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement if available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified by email.
Return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

All returned parts must be in the same condition as supplied, complete with all security marks, seals, and labels intact.

Exclusions
GP Metals & Spares does not cover labour costs, fitting, removal, or any associated charges. Warranty or return coverage does not extend to vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential losses of any kind.

Inspection & Reporting
All items must be inspected upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours, supported by clear photographic evidence (including the packaging and shipping label). Claims reported outside this period may not be eligible for investigation.

Tampering & Modifications
Any signs of tampering, modification, or attempted repair will void warranty and return eligibility.

Installation & Safety
We strongly recommend that all safety-critical parts be fitted by a qualified automotive technician. GP Metals & Spares accepts no responsibility for faults, injury, or damage resulting from incorrect installation or handling.

🚘 Please Note – Engines
All engines are used and graded, and their condition will reflect the age and mileage of the donor vehicle. Minor cosmetic marks or surface wear may be present and are normal for a used engine.
Each engine is tested prior to removal and confirmed to be in full working condition, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Please carefully review all photos provided — the engine shown is the exact unit you will receive. In rare cases where an item fails a final quality check prior to dispatch, we may supply a replacement of equal or better condition, where possible.

🚚 Delivery & Inspection
Engines are securely packaged for transport.
Upon delivery, please inspect the engine carefully to ensure it has arrived as expected before installation.
Any damage or issues must be reported within 24 working hours, with clear photographs, so we can begin an investigation with the courier.

This listing is for a complete engine assembly, suitable as a direct replacement for a faulty or damaged engine.
Designed for an OEM-style fit, this engine is ideal for professional repair or replacement.

Note: Any ancillary parts supplied with the engine (including but not limited to EGR valves, throttle bodies, manifolds, injectors, turbochargers, sensors, or pipework) are provided free of charge and are excluded from any warranty.

🔧 Fitting Information (Helpful for Buyers)
Estimated fitting time:
• 8 – 15 hours (vehicle dependent)

Important installation notes:
• The engine is drained of oil for transport and must be refilled with the correct grade and quantity before use
• A new genuine or OE-quality oil filter must be fitted prior to installation
• Where applicable, a new timing belt or timing chain kit and water pump must be fitted as per manufacturer recommendations
• Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician or professional workshop
• In the event of a warranty claim, dated invoices and receipts confirming the above service work will be required
