Control examples: Two independently working two-way cylinders that are controlled from one section in a hydraulic distributor
Working principle:
The solenoid valve enables switching between two independent double-acting cylinders by means of an electrical pulse (24 V). It is an ideal solution if we have a hydraulic distributor that already uses all available sections and suddenly a new, additional cylinder has to be controlled.
In the TUR loader, this device enables control of a section in the distributor, bales and bale grabs or crocodiles. Switching between the controls is done with a button. It can be mounted near the distributor or directly on the control element, e.g. B. on a lever or joystick.
The solenoid valve enables the control of two servomotors, but does not permit the simultaneous control of these servomotors. Work should be done on the first cylinder, then switch to control the second cylinder.
Control:
Two-position slide (1 - 2), spring-loaded, d. H. It returns to neutral after the power is turned off. While the slide is in the neutral position (1), it is possible to change the actuator no. 1.
