I've rebuilt my NV125 transfer case, and then upgraded a newer transfer case when I swapped the engine and transmission.

This transfer case was rebuilt about 2 years ago.

I used all new parts.

One of the gears on the photo is not from NV125 I believe, I forgot where I got it from.

The bearings are new and the chain is new as well. All in all I probably drove around 10k km with this transfer case.
