Polyester like material is very thin, needs a slip or something worn underneath. A couple stains on front skirt, Pointed out in photos.

Chest measures 39 inches , elastic waist measures 28-34".  Shoulder to shoulder measures 15 inches, length of sleeve measures 25 inches length from shoulder to bottom hem is 42.5 inches.
