The lens is in super nice condition for it age, on general inspection the optics are clean and clear, with some internal dust present. 

With the right strong back light, a small fungus spot is visible on the edge of a middle element - please see last photo, the spot is bottom above the N in Nikkor, (below the front rim - very edge of element)

NO; haze, cleaning marks or coating loss etc 

Blades are clean with no oil, auto stop down looks fast / responsive.

The focus helicoid is a little dry but not stiff, the resistance feels consistent with slow turn but can be a little inconsistent with a very quick turn - would benefit from a clean and re-grease but is usable as is.

Cosmetic condition is really good for its age. a few marks but minimal paint rub / loss on the barrel / rings. Some paint chipping on the rear mount tab

Excellent example of this rare 65 year old lens!
