Lot of 5 Authentic NASA Challenger Commemorative Space Covers Cancelled/Stamped.   

In this lot of five space covers:  

Two envelopes cancelled from Kennedy Space Center on July 5,1982, with a black and white drawing of the aircraft, CHALLENGER ARRIVES AT KSC TO BEGIN PREPARATIONS FOR 1ST FLIGHT; OFFICIAL COMMEMORATIVE COVER; TITUSVILLE –MOONPORT STAMP CLUB. On the right a regular stamp and a Space stamp.    

One envelope cancelled from Kennedy Space Center on July 26,1983, with a blue drawing of the aircraft, CHALLENGER’S 3RD ROLLOUTFROM OPF; TITUSVILLE –MOONPORT STAMP CLUB; OFFICIAL COMMEMORATIVE COVER. On the right a regular stamp.

Two envelopes cancelled from Kennedy Space Center on June28, 1983, With blue aircraft drawing on the left  with title of CHALLENGER LANDS AT KSC FIVEDAYS LATE AND WHEELS UP AFTER BAD WEATHER ABORTS 1ST KSC LANDING; TITUSVILLE–MOONPORT STAMP CLUB; OFFICIAL COMMEMORATIVE COVER. On the right is a regular stamp. The cancellation marks make the date hard to read it is either the 28 or 29.

All envelopes measure approximately 6.5” x 3.625”.
   
Items appear in great condition, but put please study photos since they are part of the description. There may be age related yellowing on the envelopes. They are new but have been put away for a long time. So new or used is subjective, you decide.  

This is from a large collection I inherited of Authentic NASA Commemorative items from a relative who worked security at Kennedy Space Center. He received these pieces as gifts of appreciation from NASA and various space program contractors.
