Two major flaws: the first one - someone loved this blouse so much, they sewed a patch on the right shoulder. Please see last three photos.

It's not visible from the front, but it's visible from the back and is fairly obvious. 

The second flaw: the very top button is missing.

This is 100% silk and has two pockets, so it's like a tunic.
