I am only guessing that this original antique watercolor was made in England because one of the figures looks like a Dickens character. The mat opening is 9 1/8" by 12 3/4". There is a lot of foxing and the work is being sold strictly "as is". Please look at all the photos carefully and ask any and all questions before you make a purchase as I do not accept returns.
