All three walkie talkies have been tested and are in good working condition. They take 3 triple A batteries. Charger is included, but you need to the rechargeable batteries to use it. Accessories include the 3 clips and headsets. The foam on the earpiece of the headset has started to deteriorate, which is common for its age.
