Complete Citroen TU5JP4 engine for sale in good used condition
This is a 1587cc (1.6 litre) 4 cylinder 16 valve petrol version removed from a Citroen C2 (mileage unknown) & was bought for a potential motorsport project which didn't materialise, so now it's in the way & I need my floor back
You're buying what you see which is a complete engine less ancillaries.  It turns over very nicely & has good compression.  There are no obviously bad oil or water leaks & the sump holds oil
The timing belt doesn't look too bad but as it's out of the car already, I'd highly recommend the belt & water pump is replaced together with engine oil & filter before installation.  I've no idea what condition the clutch & flywheel are in, so inspection is recommended
The spark plugs are in good condition & there is no mayo under the oil cap, both of which are a good indicator of a clean running engine with no cylinder head gasket issues, but again, if you're installing it as a replacement or using it in motorsport then you'll most likely want to refresh the gasket
