The jacket is in good to good minus condition with a couple of small chips and some light soiling.  The jacket is protected with a removable Mylar cover.  The hardcover is in good condition free from rips, tears, bends, & writing.  The book has been hand signed, inscribed & dated in black ink on the front free end page.  There is a small stain on pages 50-51 and the end pages have some toning.  The boards are in good condition with minimal wear.  The binding is tight and square.
