This is a vintage Lucky Locket Kiddle doll by Mattel from 1967 still in the original packaging. Her name is Louise Locket (stock no. 3721) She has long blonde hair and a black and yellow outfit. There are these metal clips that attach her to the packaging which don't appear to have ever been removed. It includes the necklace chain and a part of the back can flip down like an easel to stand her up.
