I'm selling a VERY new 2026 Trek Madone SLR 7 Gen 8 AXS in color Purple Phaze/Amethyst Marble and size Large (58cm)

I've ridden this bike 467 miles total. I bought it in March and I thought I could make it work, but I've accepted the sad reality that it is just too big for me.

The bike is essentially bone stock, but the cranks were swapped to 170mm and a Sram 10-36 cassette via Project One.

The bike had two minor blemishes out of the box caused by shipping. One is a slight rub on the matte section at the bottom of the fork on the non drive side, as well as a scuff on the driveside crank arm caused by zip tie rub from shipping. Both are pictured.

Other than that, the bike has normal signs of light use, but no damage, scratches, or scuffs. Steerer tube has been cut and allows for 15mm of spacers. It will include a bag of different spacers and stem covers.

Tires have 0 miles and will be setup tubeless with a bottle of sealant included.
