• All returns are thoroughly inspected and verified before any refund is issued.

Any attempts of false claims, item switching, or fraudulent returns are reported to eBay and law enforcement, where appropriate. This helps protect honest buyers and maintain a fair and trust worthy marketplace.

Please note: Due to handling, storage, and transit, the outer product box, plastic wrap, or packaging may have cosmetic imperfections — such as dents, creases, scuffs, tears, scratches, blemishes, or other signs of general wear and tear. These imperfections do not affect the contents inside. For this reason, Items are not suitable for collectors who require mint or display-quality packaging.

In rare cases, items may contain minor factory defects, misprints, or missing pieces/cards, particularly with mass-produced or sealed items (e.g. collectibles, toys, boardgames, trading cards, etc.). We do not open sealed items to inspect their contents, as this would void their new condition. 

Although these instances are rare, by purchasing a sealed item, you acknowledge that the absence of factory defects, misprints, or missing pieces are not guaranteed, and that you are purchasing this item with that understanding.
