Radio receiver "VEF-202" Olympics 1980. Red with black. USSR. Works.

The portable radio receiver "VEF-202" was produced by the Riga Electrotechnical Plant "VEF" since Q1 1971. The radio receiver "VEF-202" is based on the serial model ''VEF-201'' and differs from it only in a different external design and minor changes in the electrical circuit. The ranges of received frequencies: LW - 150...408 kHz, MW - 525..1605 kHz, sub-ranges: KBI - 3.95...5.7 MHz, KBII - 5.85...6.3 MHz, KBIII - 7.0...7.4 MHz, KBIV - 9.5..9.775 MHz, KBV - 11.7...12.1 MHz. Sensitivity to a magnetic antenna in the ranges of MW - 1000, LW - 2000 μV/m. Sensitivity in the HF sub-bands with a telescopic antenna is 70 μV. Selectivity at a detuning of ±10 kHz is no worse than 34 dB. The frequency response band when working with the internal loudspeaker 1GD-4A is 200...4000 Hz. Maximum output power is 250 mW. Powered by 6 373 Saturn batteries. The operating time with a set of new batteries is about 200 hours. The dimensions of the receiver are 305x240x105 mm. Weight without power supply is 2.7 kg.

Inside the battery compartment, I found a piece of paper with the following text:
