Comes with box, manuals and software on CD.
No cables, no memory card. Camera takes 2 x standard AA batteries and powers on, but can't get any further as I don't have a memory card. This camera requires XD cards rather than SD.
Can't fully test so sold for spares / repaiars, as seen.
