Note: To the United States buyers only (Updated on February 27, 2026)
First, it’s not including any import fees.
I've applied DDP ("Delivered Duty Paid") according to eBay's new shipping policy. But I think it makes buyers and me very confused. When I see other sellers' listings, only a seller and I apply DDP. The other sellers do not apply it and never mention about it either on their descriptions. Also, eBay do not suggest some countries' sellers to use DDP. It makes me much more confused, and eventually I've decided not to apply DDP basically. Therefore, all the import fees are on the US buyers just like all the other countries, and the carrier FedEx as an agent of the US Customs will ask you for paying the fees during the customs clearance.
*If I do not use DDP, the US Customs allow only to ship any items with Expedited International Shipping. If so, the original shipping cost is higher and it's about $30.84, and about 10% import fee of the price plus handling fee might be charged to you by the carrier FedEx.
Second, unless you agree with the above condition, please select Standard International Shipping to use DDP according to eBay's suggestion as follows. If so, all the applicable import fees are included—you won’t pay anything extra after checkout. If there's unexpected fees, all of them will be on me.
On February 20th, 2026, the Supreme Court of the United States struck down most of Trump's tariffs except China (47% Special Safeguard). But the new Tariffs Policy is going to be applied temporally by the US government, and for now, most shipments located in South Korea being shipped to the United States, about 10% import fee of the price plus DDM fee (10% of the import fee plus $1.04) will be charged by Korea Post. Therefore, the shipping cost is original shipping amount $23.95 plus all the fees.
*Since the change of the US Customs Policy and eBay's Shipping Policy, from Oct. 17th, 2025, sellers shall need to use Delivered Duty Paid ("DDP") logistics services for customs clearance. That means it's required including prepaid all the fees when shipping, and sellers need to specify the final amount that's including all the Customs Duty to prevent any disputes, said eBay.
Thanks for your understanding!
