LEGO Town: Rocky River Retreat (6552) is a vintage set released in 1993. This set is missing 1 small window piece (part 4862), which sells for a penny on Bricklink. The instructions are in great condition. There is a small tear on the cover, but otherwise they look really good. The baseplate is in excellent condition and is one-of-a-kind for LEGO sets. Growing up in a flyfishing family, this one was a favorite. Enjoy!
