Item was previously installed and worked perfectly. After a recent update, the screen began displaying a black screen. I have attempted multiple restarts with no success. The device still responds to touch input and connects to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi without any issues. Sometimes screen will light up and work perfectly it appears to be a glitch with the software download was not able to get any technical support from merge screens so I gave up.
