You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days (Australian Customers) or 14 days (International Customers) of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, receiving an incorrect or defective item). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We do not typically offer refunds for change‑of‑mind returns; however, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about an item you’ve ordered, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Refunds are usually processed within three weeks of handing your package to the return carrier. This timeframe includes:

• 3–10 business days for the item to reach us
• 2–5 business days for us to inspect and process the return
• 3–10 business days for your bank to finalise the refund

All our products come with a Manufacturer's Warranty. As per ACCC Policy & Australian Consumer Law (ACL), unless other stated the Minimum Warranty Period is 1 Year.
