We ship to street addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia only. We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, parcel-forwarding services, US territories where the carrier cannot fully insure the shipment, or any address outside the United States.

• Insured: Every shipment is fully insured for the invoiced value.
• Signature required: An adult signature is required at delivery.
• Tracking: Tracking is provided by email once the shipment is dispatched.
• Discreet packaging: Outer packaging carries no branding indicating the contents.
• Buyer pays shipping: Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be itemized on the invoice unless we expressly waive them in writing on a per-transaction basis.
• Risk of loss: Once the carrier accepts the insured, signature-required shipment from us, risk of loss passes to the buyer. Loss or damage in transit is handled through the carrier's insurance claim, which we will assist in good faith.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments: If a shipment is refused, returned undeliverable, or repeatedly missed, the buyer is responsible for any return-shipping, re-shipping, and storage costs.

All sales are final. Because each piece is unique, individually inspected, and offered with full condition disclosure prior to invoice, we do not accept returns, exchanges, partial refunds, "buyer's remorse" cancellations, or post-delivery price adjustments.

In limited circumstances, and solely at the discretion of MRWIKD Black management, an exchange or store credit may be authorized as a courtesy accommodation. Any such exception must be approved in writing by management prior to return authorization and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy or establish any precedent for future transactions.

Every piece offered by MRWIKD Black is inspected and authenticated by us prior to listing. Each transaction is supported by a written condition assessment and, where available, supporting documentation, photography, and serial-number verification.

All pieces are pre-owned unless explicitly stated. They may show wear, modifications, or service history consistent with their age and use. Condition descriptions and grades reflect our professional, good-faith assessment. Minor variations between photography and the actual piece can occur due to lighting, screen calibration, and the inherent limits of photography.

Authenticity Guarantee: If, within fourteen (14) days of delivery, the piece is independently determined by a recognized authority to be inauthentic, contact us immediately. Upon return of the piece in the same condition delivered, in its original packaging, accompanied by all documentation provided, we will refund the full invoiced amount, including reasonable return-shipping costs reasonably documented. This authenticity remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy.
