Create a stunning colour-shifting finish with our premium Chameleon White Pigment Powder. This high-quality pigment, often referred to as the Aurora or Unicorn Effect, delivers a beautiful iridescent glow that shifts through multiple tones depending on lighting and viewing angle.

For the best and most vibrant effect shown in the examples, the pigment should be applied over a white base coat. First, paint the surface (e.g. car body) in white, then mix the pigment into a clear coat and apply it on top. This allows the chameleon effect to fully develop and achieve that signature luminous finish.

You can also experiment with different base colours — the pigment will still create a chameleon effect, but the final tones will vary depending on the base used. However, for the classic bright aurora look, we strongly recommend a white base.

🔧 How to Use (Automotive Example)

1. Sand and clean the surface.
2. Apply a white base coat (recommended for strongest pearl effect).
3. Mix pigment with clear coat and spray evenly.
4. Allow to flash off, then seal with protective clear coat.

📏 Coverage & Mixing

✔ Recommended: 2–5% by weight

2% – very subtle pearl glow
3% – visible opalescent shimmer
4–5% – stronger pearl intensity

Approximate yield from 1 g pigment:

At 2% ratio → approx. 50 ml of clear coat
At 3% ratio → approx. 33 ml
At 5% ratio → approx. 20 ml

This pigment is semi-transparent and builds intensity with additional layers. Best applied over white or light-coloured bases.

• Application thickness
• Number of coats applied

Always perform a small test spray before full application to achieve the desired pearl intensity.
