Condition- while these pants are new with tags there is a wear spot along the waist line to the left of the button. Please see photos. When I tried these pants on, my shirt hung over the wear spot since it is positioned at the very top of the waistline.

These pants do not have any hands, pockets, or bag pockets, allowing for a nice sleek, non-bulky look!
