Up for sale is an absolutely perfect vintage sapphire blue Fire King “Bubble” soup bowl!  Fire King started making their Bubble pattern in 1940, and it’s generally considered to be depression glass, even though it’s a couple of years after that era.  There are SIX of these soup bowls available for purchase in this auction - the bid price is for one bowl, and the buyer has the option of taking others if desired.  It’s an extremely popular pattern, and it’s getting awfully difficult to find pieces that don’t have damage or utensil scratches.  There are no chips, cracks, bites or other damage anywhere. They measure 7 3/4 inches in diameter.  The sapphire color is a vibrant light blue shade that didn’t photograph very well.  It's absolutely guaranteed to be vintage – not reproduction or new glass.  The buyer will pay shipping.  Shipping will be combined for the buyer of more than one item whenever practical.  Shipping is normally within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
