I honestly do not know what this item is made out of. At first I thought maybe bronze or brass plated aluminum. But when you pick it up, it feels too heavy to be aluminum. This item is weathered as seen in the picks. It is 9” across. There are no cracks.

In short, I am selling this as is because I have no idea of the metal it is made from. A magnet does not stick.
