Antique Victorian period Writing Slope / Lap Desk Stationery Box with a side drawer. The box is in good condition but does exhibit some age-related wear from handling and use, which includes some light surface marks to the interior and some surface marks to the wooden exterior, commensurate with its age.

There’s no lock present and looks like the escutcheon has been replaced at some point.
