Vintage Rock N Roll (v1) from Hasbros G.I. Joe Action Force figure line. Figure is in very good clean condition with minor paint loss/rub, play wear and mostly stiff joints (head is loose-ish). Clean screws and no cracks. Figure has been fitted with a new o-ring. Please note the arms are super stiff. I would advise not trying to move them too much.
