Item Overview:

Up for sale is a RARE classic Panasonic RX-DT675 portable stereo boombox. This was one of Panasonic's premier "all-in-one" units from the 90s, known for its front-loading CD tray and powerful S-XBS bass system.

Functional Status (Please Read):

CD Player: WORKING. The motorized front-loading tray opens smoothly, and discs play/track as they should.

Note: This unit uses the NX0040 CD mechanism. The laser tracks perfectly and the motorized tray operates smoothly.

This is a great unit for a high-end restoration or a reliable daily listener for CD enthusiasts

Radio (AM/FM): WORKING. Tuner picks up stations clearly; LCD display is bright and fully functional.
Speakers: WORKING. Both detachable speakers produce loud, clear audio with no cracking or distortion.
Cassette Decks: NEED REPAIR. While you can hear the motors spinning when the play button is pressed, the tape spindles do not turn. This is a classic symptom of perished rubber drive belts. It will require a belt replacement to be fully operational.

Cosmetic Condition:

The battery compartments (both the main "D" cells and the "AA" memory backup slot) are clean with no corrosion. The body has very light wear due to usage. Please see all photos for the exact cosmetic condition.
