2025 Indonesian Squier Black Telecaster

This guitar was built around a recently acquired Squier neck, and I’ve had this basswood body in a box for a few years and had forgotten about it. It has a nice black poly finish with all black hardware, a couple of minor dings, and a pair of Dunlop Strap Locks (full set for guitar and included strap). The maple neck has 21 medium frets and a darkened Indian laurel fingerboard, C-shape profile, 25.5" scale, 9.5" radius, 42mm nut-width, a new Tusq nut installed, and a skull “King Snake” neck plate. The back of the neck is smooth and feels great! It has a new set of sealed-gear tuners and is strung with a fresh set of Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 10-46 strings. The guitar has had a complete set-up done including: truss-rod/action adjusted, intonation & pickup heights.

The bridge is a 6 saddle vintage style. It has a “Hot Rail” by SAPHUE neck pickup (9.47kΩ) and a Fender MIM Telecaster bridge pickup (10.77kΩ).  It has a CTS A250k push-pull coil splitter volume control potentiometer, a CTS B250k tone control pot, and waxed cloth covered wiring throughout. All cavities have aluminum shield tape, so it is super quiet as well.

 All-in-all, it is a really nice Telecaster that plays and sounds great, has a metal vibe and tone, and is affordable. It includes a faux snakeskin pattern strap, assorted picks, adjustment hex keys, and a gig bag.
