A new old stock 3/4 inch heavy duty ratchet head. I believe it is brand new never been used but does have a bit of surface rust from sitting in the case for many years. Tested and functions perfectly. Is made to use a solid round bar as a handle, the size hole is right about 7/8 inch. Only says made in China on it.
