Chinese Jade Plaque


We are selling this pretty marriage. This piece features a 19th century Chinese white nephrite jade pendant plaque with bat and moth decoration with central shou character flanked on either side with prunus flowers. The jade is an even celadon grey/white color and appears to be late 19th or early 20th century. The box appears to be Japanese with a bronze body and red ginbari cloisonne style surface with floral scrolls, probably early 20th century.

Condition: Good antique condition.
