DESCRIPTION & CONDITION:
Very sharp, vintage 1950's, 10k gold filled, 35mm Lecoultre Memovox watch. Reference: 3041. Calibre: K814, 17 jewel movement. Stunning original dial with just a touch of patina lending it a light champagne appearance. The heavy applied markers really top it off! The watch retains its original JL crowns. Perfect acrylic crystal. The gold layer is still nice and heavy with no evidence of base metal poking through. You will see some very tiny dings to the case back. A light satin finish would most likely hide them. Both the time and alarm set correctly and both work correctly. I do not know the watches service history but the movement is well preserved and the watch is running accurate to within a minute per day. I have attached a new, expensive Italian crocodile strap because it deserves it. The watch is sold as described but with no further mechanical warranty.
