Free Delivery through Express Courier Service, Despatch in 1 business day.
Free Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by Express Courier. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Normally 3 to 5 business days (Rural area may take longer). Free Home Delivery orders for standard parcels will be sent to street addresses via express courier service. NO post office boxes accepted. We do not deliver internationally, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered within Australia. Free Home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to collect your order from the delivery depot. If the parcel cannot be picked up within given period (Normally 3 business days), the item will be returned back to the sender, if you need to contact us to arrange another delivery time (delivery charge will apply).
Customer can select to use Australia Post and deliver goods to a PO Box (Register or Express), Please contact us we will quote for the deliver charge
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.If you have not received your parcel within 16 working days from the date of purchase, please drop us a line through ebay message
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Return items is so easy via the post
You can return items that you have purchased from the eBay store back to us via the post. If product is faulty or require an exchange, goods must be returned within 14 days from delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Manuals, packaging and accessories must accompany electrical and electronic products.
Sent us an ebay message and request to return the item and state the reason for the return. Please attach the photo if the product is faulty. Post your parcel back to us. If the item/s is large, bulky or if you have any questions, please contact us via ebay message. We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.
