Has power but does not work as it should.  Not sure what is wrong.  Selling as-is. The foam pads on the bottom of the pedal have deteriorated over time leaving a sticky residue.  So, they are covered with tape for shipping.  NOTE: the attachment was removed for safer shipping.  Screws which attach it to the serger and in the same holes.
