This is a 17" Manitou dual suspension frame from the mid-90s.  Unfortunately it has the all too common cracked head tube.  I have seen people restoring these by replacing the head tube.  Size is 17" center to center with a 22" top tube.  135mm rear spacing.  Besides the cracked head tube, the rest is in good condition with signs of use.
