RARE! ANTIQUE 19TH C FIGURAL BLOWN-MOLDED GLASS TOBY FAT DUTCHMAN BOTTLE FLASK
A rare bottle for you collection! Third or fourth quarter 19th century. Measures 10 1/8" H, 5" W base.
No chips cracks or damage!
Referred to by milk glass collectors as the "Fat Dutchman" flask. The precise origin of the design is unknown, although identical versions are well known to have been made in yellowware pottery for the New York City grocery merchant firm Bulkley, Fiske & Co., who operated between 1858 and 1862, which may suggest an origin on the East Coast.
