Owing to new UPU rules introduced on January 1 2026, all registered small package services have been terminated, except to Albania, Austria, Great Britain, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia, South Korea and Thailand. If you are in one of these countries, I can send as usual. In addition, sending stamps as a "letter" or "document" has also been expressly forbidden in the EU and most other countries. All mail to countries other than the above will, therefore, be sent via unregistered airmail, except for the USA as I can now send stamps via registered airmail as "printed matter", at least for the moment. The situation changes weekly.

I cannot be held responsible for unregistered mail that gets lost (though I will retain proof of posting) and will not give a refund if it does not arrive. By bidding, you are agreeing to these terms. EMS service can also be requested at an additional cost, but it is extremely expensive. 

Postage charge remains at $2.49. I am happy to combine lots.

EU Bidders please note : Almost all EU countries are currently charging import duties on goods coming from Macao and Hong Kong. Macao and Hong Kong are free ports with no sales tax or import duties, so this is clearly unfair, but this is the new world of tariffs in which we are living. Please take these costs into account when bidding. I am not liable to pay EU import duties.
