My return was approved, how do I return an item/s?
Once you have notified the team and your return request has been accepted:
1. Re-pack the item in a box or its original packaging. All returns must be unused / unworn and in original condition with all tags and stickers attached.
2. Return send to Hat Locker address. Please note that return postage is covered by the customer as we provide either free & reduced shipping rates.
3. Once your return has been inspected and accepted, you will be issued a refund to the value of the item(s).
