The oval-shaped piece on the right with the small toggle lever is an interior door lock switch. Similar ornate plates have been identified as interior lock trims for luxury 1920s vehicles like Cadillac, LaSalle and Packard. It features decorative scroll engraving and two pre-drilled holes for screw mounting. The back is rusty, but it is not very deep.
The left item is a door or window handle escutcheon. This specific deluxe style was common on Ford Model A vehicles (1928-1931) and other GM brands like Chevrolet or Buick from the same era. It features small metal prongs on the back to secure it to the door panel fabric.
