Vintage cast iron hanging basket hook with bird perched on top.

Heavy.

11 inches outward, the fixing plate is 9 inches.

The top of the fixing plate is snapped off but can be still attached through the triangle part at the top which I have pictured closely.

Needs rubbing down and painting

Still useable.
