Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided during eBay checkout. Please check that your address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are displayed within each individual listing. Personalised and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the postal or courier service. Occasionally, delays may occur because of adverse weather, busy seasonal periods, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.

Please contact us through eBay messages if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period. We will check the available tracking or delivery information and help wherever possible.

Once production has started, personalised orders may not be changed or cancelled.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions and the individual garment or product used. The size, positioning and appearance of printed designs may also vary slightly between different product sizes.

Where customers provide a logo, photograph, design or wording, they confirm that they have permission to use that material. Customers are responsible for ensuring that supplied content does not infringe copyright, trademarks or any other third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or potentially infringing content. Any payment received for an order we are unable to fulfil will be refunded through eBay.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Most of our products are personalised, customised or made specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations for personalised products unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have made an error with the order.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We cannot provide a refund where incorrect information was submitted by the buyer and the item was produced according to those instructions.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us through eBay messages as soon as possible. Include a clear description of the problem and photographs showing the item, packaging and any damage where applicable.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. We will provide instructions once the issue has been reviewed.

When an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced, we will offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with eBay policies and your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Original delivery charges and reasonable return postage costs will be handled in accordance with eBays rules where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method using eBays payment system.
