The land is covered in thick native Texas grasses and sage with some cacti and medium brush. Each property has incredible views, with large hills and mountains covering most of the southwest.
These properties are off grid. Power would be by solar, generator, wind, or eventual power lines. Water would be by hauling, storage, or you can explore the possibility of drilling a water well. Sewer would be by septic if and when you build a residence.
There are no restrictions: mobile homes, modular homes, cabins, and RV’s are all allowed. There are no association fees. You can camp on your property while you hunt and/or visit the sites in the area. Stay as long as you please with no time limit.

While a property is under contract, after the minimum amount has been paid toward the loan principal, hunting rights will be issued annually on request. These hunting rights are printed on special paper with a raised seal and must be carried by the contract holder while hunting.
No business or commercial activity of any kind is allowed involving a property under loan contract.
