For combined shipping: Add $1 for each additional card won for combined shipping. Once you've added all of the items you would like to your cart go to your cart and click "request combined shipping." Once I receive that I will send you a combined shipping invoice with the discount. Then you can checkout. If you can't request combined shipping, then don't worry! We'll refund any excess paid.
