All sales are final. Please ask all questions before placing your bid or purchase. We offer a 3-day exchange policy only if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. Exchanges must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department. There is no refund on Shipping and Handling.  Some of the boxes and packing material show wear and tear, please bid accordingly. Some items come with the Manufacturer's Warranty Information. However all Items are sold WITHOUT WARRANTY and SOLD AS IS. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY!! Should you have any problems with your item, you must report WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since most of the items we sell are one of kind, we MAY not have replacements. Your first recourse is the manufacturer. Shipping and Handling is NEVER refundable UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and all returns are subject to a 20% fee. By Bidding you are accepting these terms. **NOTE:  Clothing, shoes and other other apparels may NOT be returned if used.  This is for health and safety reasons. If unused, all merchandise, labels, packging or boxes that identifies the merchandise must be return in the original condition as shipped.  If you return said items and it is determined to have been used, we have the option to return the said item back to you or reduce your refund beyond the 20% noted above.

SALES TAX

By law eBay is required to collect sales tax for items shipped to some states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most items will be sent by Global Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for any taxes that may be incurred in customs. Canada is also considered INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

A full payment is due within 3 days from the date of purchase   If you win a bid and change your mind, you can either exchange your winning bid for another of our available inventory items.  If you pay with PayPal and cancel your order for refund, PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund.
