1940s-50s (?) O'malley No. 1 Faucet Drip Stopper Set, Incomplete

(This may seem silly to list something like this, but ebay especially and other websites have become a great place to find such things you would otherwise never find.)

I am guessing this product is circa late 1940s up to 1950s, looks like from about that time period to me. There are 2 black unused washers only, see close-up. The “cutter” tool and other item/s are missing. I am not familiar with vintage plumbing items, so I cannot say much about this other than what is shown in the pics.

The washers are ½” diameter. The cardboard advertising card measures 5.5” long, 4.5” wide. There is a black hand written note of- 175 and something/symbols I don’t understand, see first pic. The cardboard is in good clean condition with slight wear.

I will ship this in a box to protect it; I will not ship this in any type of envelope, too risky. Please ask any questions.
