The case is the original one. This was found in the grandma's attic after she had passed away. I don't know too much about it. The case has seen better days. Please look at photos there are scratches and marks on it. No string on the bow didn't have one when we found it. The price for it when purchased was $18.50. I don't know if that makes it older that ones that are listed or not. Most of them had price tags showing $28.50 to $35.00.  Not sure if that makes a difference or not.
