Janet Pilgrim was a 3 time Playboy Playmate in the 1950s.
This signed photo came from her family estate. She lived in the town next to me. We will be listing other rare items from Janet Pilgrim, including cards, invitations, poster, etc.
I'm guessing this photo was printed about the 1990s. The back of the paper says "Kodak Professional Paper / Professional images are copyright protected"
