Listing Description 



Up for sale is the video game lot exactly as shown in the picture(s) and described in this listing.   We are a video game store in business for 20 years and sell off our excess inventory via these auction lots.  Please read the DETAILS AND TERMS below and ask questions if needed BEFORE BIDDING as this lot is NONRETURNABLE under any conditions.

AGAIN, DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW.   THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON THIS LOT. 

** ANY/ALL CASES AND BOXES HAVE GAMES BUT MAY NOT HAVE MANUALS. 



DETAILS AND TERMS:   
  1. This is an overflow of weekly inventory that we are not offering for individual sale in our store. 
  2. Everything in the pictures is included. If it isn’t pictured, it is NOT included.  We double check and then triple check all orders to ensure that all items pictured in the listing are in the shipment box we mail out.
  3. All items have NOT been tested to work and cannot be guaranteed to work.  Items may not be in sell-able condition. Items may be ready for the trash heap. 
  4. Nothing has been tested, inspected, authenticated, opened, attempted repair, or anything else by our store.   
  5. These items were bought in bulk and then sorted out into these auctions due to lackluster condition. They will most likely need a good cleaning, buffing, or some other repair.
  6. Items are not in mint condition and may not be usable in their current state. Items may have stickers, writing, torn labels, broken pieces, missing pieces, reproduction parts/stickers/cases/internals, damage, cracks, parts/pieces/boards/labels that are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), may have been from a pet/smokers home, and/or other issues.
  7. We fit and squeeze as many items as possible in a 12" x 10" x 8.5" box with limited to no packing material so that the buyer gets a good bulk deal based on the final auction ending price.
  8. Please bid accordingly to the item pictures, description, and the details and terms as indicated. Do not assume that any item is functional as everything is listed for parts or repair as indicated. Do ask questions if needed before the listing ends.
  9. We are no longer accepting bids from individuals that have a feedback score less than 5.  We also do not ship to a) buyers whose shipping address name does not match the registered name on their buying account or b) buyers who use drop shipping services to ship items overseas.  These bids/orders will be cancelled.   There are no exceptions.
  10. This item is NONRETURNABLE under any conditions. After winning the item at auction, PAYING FOR THE ITEM CONSTITUTES A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT indicating that you have: a) read the entirety of the description of the listing and understand and agree to the Details and Terms, b) understand what you will be receiving, c) understand that no returns, refunds, or chargebacks will be granted under any conditions, d) understand that negative or neutral feedback cannot be left for this item and that ebay shall remove any and all feedback immediately upon our store's request for any reason. 
  11. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in the inability to bid on these AS IS auctions.
